This micro-lot specialty coffee grows in the highlands of Los Santos, Costa Rica (1600-1800m elevation). The Red Geisha Arabica variety, processed through controlled lactic fermentation and sun-dried naturally, delivers a 91.48 SCA score – a testament to its floral and tropical notes. Farmers use agroforestry and hand-picking to protect biodiversity. The beans rest for 36 days post-drying to enhance flavor depth. Certified Carbon Neutral and Blue Ecological Flag, with Denomination of Origin Tarrazú, it’s packed in reusable jute bags – perfect for eco-conscious roasters.
